Pick Up Issues

The website asked for a three day window to have the car picked up. I submitted the order 4 days before the three day pickup window. I heard nothing from the company for the time frame for the first 4 days. On the first day of the potential pickup, I called Gabby and got no response. On the second day I called several times and finally got a rep who told me Gabby would call soon. I got a call from Gabby late on the second day of the 3 day window. I was told I would hear from someone soon. I finally got a call on Thurs telling me the company would pick up the car late Friday. This was 24 hours outside of the window indicated in the web site. I had to arrange for someone to hand the keys over since I had to leave the area on Friday AM. I felt that the company did not do a good job and caused a significant amount of stress for me during a significant week of moving my family.
