Eve from Ship a Car Direct was extremely attentive and responsive and answered all my questions. Car was picked up Thursday in Florida and at my house by Friday night. The contact info they gave me for the actual shipper was to the actual driver himself so when I called to check the status he picked up and gave me an accurate eta. Excellent experience from beginning to end.
