The entire process from getting a quote, answering my questions, informing me of the pick up time is pretty smooth. Finding the driver while he was on the road was also pretty easy. Driver did get a bit confused while at my home area probably because he was not familiar with my home's general area, not to mention his arrival time was around 6pm, and in Southern Ca, it could be a nightmare for out of towners. Overall, this Shipacardirect will be on my recommendation list or for myself in the future. The car also arrived without any damages.
