I worked with Kay from the Ship a Car Direct team, and I couldn't be happier with the way it worked out. I was stressed about how to go about getting my car across the country until I found Ship a Car Direct. I listed my transport and had a carrier assigned 3 days before my desired pick-up date. I was given my carrier's contact information and had no trouble getting in touch with them throughout the entire process. Pickup took practically no time at all (15 minutes tops) and it was the same way on delivery. I also used the mobile app to document the condition of my car at pick up and delivery. If I ever need to ship my car again, I wouldn't think twice about who I would use to do it.
