I worked with Kay to arrange for shipping of my car from NY to California and she was outstanding. After finding me a carrier, she followed up to make sure I had been in touch with them to arrange logistics. I was able to set up pick up and delivery times that worked for me. I have never shipped a car, so I had a lot of questions along the way, and Kay was incredibly helpful and prompt in responding to every question I had. I had to push back my pickup date by one day due to car issues, and when I could not get a hold of the carrier, I reached out to Kay who was able to accommodate this without issue. The car came earlier than expected, and exactly on the dates I said I would be available. I did have to travel a little bit to drop off and pick up the car (<10 miles to drop off, <1 mile to pick up, arranged ahead of time with carrier), but given that both of my locations were downtown and with small streets, I expected this. The carriers were flexible in choosing locations that would be convenient for me.

Using Ship a Car direct could not have made this whole process any easier, would definitely use again.
