Overall seemless. The car was in the same condition as when it was picked up. Everything was on time. The customer service was prompt. The ap worked great. The only thing that was a little abnormal is that there was an increased charge because I paid with a credit card. (several percentages more, I can't remember) Normally you pay a deposit and then cash on delivery. Because I paid with a credit card, I had to prepay before the shipment even took place. I took a leap of faith and all worked out well. They did a great job and my car was handled with care. But I was nervous about it ahead of time.
