Transporting a vehicle can be a hand-wringing experience. Matt at Ship-A-Car-Direct guided me through the different steps and made me feel comfortable with how the transport process works. He was responsive to my calls and emails. My car was picked up on the date I requested and was delivered on the proposed delivery date. My car was in the same condition upon arrival as it was when it departed.
