Ship a car direct found a carrier fairly quickly, but I was unsatisfied with carrier, so they arranged for a new carrier, which explains the delay from original pick up date. There was good communication from ship a car direct via phone and email for the whole process. When the car was finally picked up, it was delivered very quickly without any damage to the car. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and good condition of the car. Would use again if I need to ship a car in the future.
