Unreliable Schedule

Very responsive to all of my emails and providing me with frequent updates to the schedule. However, my car was not picked up until 9 days after the last day of my designated pickup window. This made it extremely difficult to plan my travel to the destination location and coordinate the hand-off of my vehicle. That being said, I would not recommend this service to someone requiring a dependable pickup/delivery schedule.
