I used Ship a Car Direct to ship my car from Gainesville, Florida to Mountain View, California. I was assisted by Matt and he was very responsive during the whole process. I had faced a few issues such as the carrier was not assigned up until 5-6 days from my earliest pickup date. I was assigned to "A Unique Transport". Once the carrier was assigned, the pickup happened in a couple of days and the delivery happened within the estimated time frame with the car being delivered in a good condition (apart from dirt, since it was an open carrier). Overall, it was good service.
