Transferred Audi Q5 from Washington State to Nevada

When the driver delivered the car, it was at 10:30 pm at night because he didn't want to spend the night in Vegas. We couldn't see the car was covered with sap. The vehicle was on the top rack and they parked under trees for shade. We had to pay to have the car detailed and I would not recommend accepting a car at night. Staff was good.
