Although it took about a week past my requested pick-up date, customer service was honest and kept in touch relaying what was going on. I was given an estimated cost of shipment and received a refund of $50 as the carrier cost was more than anticipated, With the shipping company lowering their charge to ensure they could meet my estimated cost. Once a carrier was assigned, pick up was prompt and the driver was kind and efficient. Angela, my customer service rep kept in touch via email, offering a 24 hr phone number for updates, as well a number to text for updates. Unfortunately, I never received a response from the text phone number for an update. The driver gave me an anticipated delivery date of Tuesday, and the car did not arrive until Thursday, but he explained extenuating circumstances upon delivery and again was kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend this shipping company.
