Although there were some challenges coordinating the pick-up with the first driver, our customer rep. promptly reassigned another driver. The new driver was courteous, reliable, prompt with pick-up, excellent with communication and even delivered our car ahead of schedule. John's service as our rep. made all the difference in turning some front-end frustration into a positive experience. We would refer Ship a Car Direct to friends.
