They were very helpful. The car was picked up on time and delivered 2 days early. I would have liked to have better communication with the transporter. I called the day of pick up and we only had 6 hrs to make arrangements to be sure to be home. When delivered the driver called right when he arrived so that he caught them off guard. The car arrived safe and early. Ship a car direct were in constant contact with us to be sure this would be a smooth transport. They were very professional and helpful. Thank you
