This was an interesting experience given the overall uncertainty from the start and the fact that we still hadn't had a trucker pick up the bid the day we were forced to leave the state, which meant leaving the car with a friend to take over the transfer. It also ended up costing $225 more than the original quote. However, the truck driver was honest, prompt, and professional and he was communicative. Eve, my contact, was outstanding! She was on the job at all times - does she even have a life? Overall, I have to say it was a positive experience... a bit stressful in the beginning, but perfect in the end!
