It took a lot longer than expected for our car to be picked up by the carrier. Granted, we did request a pickup over memorial day weekend with a cross-country route. It took about a week for our car to be picked up after we submitted the shipping request, and then it took another week for it to make it from pick-up to delivery. However, communication by the customer service representative was great. She kept us in the loop the whole time (by text, email, and phone). Our carrier was also excellent. The car arrived exactly when scheduled (date confirmed after pick-up). Forewarning, expect cars being transported on an open carrier to come dirty! Our new car got a wash that night. Other than timing delays, the service was excellent.
