Overall I would rate the experience a 4.9 out of 5. The only issue is your pick up date and drop off date are "goals" not hard and fast until they have a carrier booked for you. While this may be standard practice for them it was a bit unnerving for me as a overly detailed planner. We did not know the exact date until the day before our "window" for pick up. Now the good - Angela was honest, straightforward, and always available to me. They were professional in all their communication, the pick up was smooth, and delivery even smoother. I unfortunately filled out a quote online prior to contacting ship a car direct and was flooded with offers from other providers who had sketchy reviews and history, it took 3 weeks to get them to stop their communications with me. Ship a car direct was what I was looking for all along, I was very pleased with the entire process and will use them again in a few months when we need to ship it back.
