Overall the process of having my car transported was very easy. I was able to make all arrangements online and via email. The process took a bit longer than I thought it would but that was mostly my fault - I was undecided about open or closed carrier. When I finally decided on an open carrier Matt let me know that the car needed at least 6" of ground clearance for open. After the car was measured and passed muster Matt was able to locate an open carrier for me and the rest went very smoothly.
My only suggestion would be to include the 6" group clearance requirement in the FAQ section about open or closed carriers.
