It is a good transportation experience. Driver picked up my car on time, and delivered one day earlier. My car is safely delivered. I cannot say my car is clean after delivered, but it is acceptable since it is an open transportation. Customer service is pretty good. Kosta answered all my questions and helped me find a good driver in two workdays. Also, they have an App that ask you to take photos of your car to confirm damages. It is a good App by the way. All in all, it is a great shipping experience with Ship A Car Direct.
