I was nervous about picking a company to ship my car across the country. Luckily, after extended research I came across Ship a Car Direct. From the moment I scheduled my pick up I was provided with excellent customer service. The whole team kept in touch with me and followed up with me while my car made its way from Boston to San Diego. The pick up and drop off also went very smoothly and easy. We met the drive at the parking lot of a grocery store near my apartment in Boston and when my car was dropped off the driver was able to drop the car off a block away from my home. My car arrived a in the same condition as it left, no additional scratches or dents. It was dirty and dusty, but thats to be expected when going with an open carrier. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to ship their car to another state.
