I have never shipped a car before. Needed to ship my car from seattle to chicaog. I did some re-search online for different transport companies. Ship a car direct had some of the best ones. Decided to go with them. Kosta was my point of contact, he did an overall great job at assuring me that everything would go smoothly. Everything did go smoothly until the day before my first available pick up date. Now this is not kostas fault, I was told that I would be contacted the day before my first pick up date for conformation on when my car would be picked up. That day came and I didn't hear anything so I emailed kosta that afternoon and he got right on it. I got a call from the carriers dispatch who didn't speak English very well. it was set up to pick my car up the next night or morning after. next day I did not hear anything from the lady. the next morning I called the lady and she proceeded to tell me that they weren't able to pick up my car because they decided to take a mulitiple car pick up in LA instead. So instead of this lady calling me and telling me this the day before I HAD TO CALL HER only for her to tell me I'm so sorry we cant pick up your car. Needless to say I was furious. I called Kosta who also seemed to be upset. So he said give him and hour or so and he will get someone else. Luckily he was able to find another company who was picking up a bunch of cars in my area. The driver met me at my work and off my car went. Kosta told me it was normally about 5-7 days and it was dropped off at my parents 5 days later as we were driving cross country. car was very dirty which was to be expected but no damage was found. My car was basically brand new, 650 miles on it and only had it for 1 month. So of course I was very nervous about shipping it. The only other thing is that they told me my card would not be charged for a couple days after my carrier was assigned and it was charged the day that they were assigned which caused my card to go over its limit.

overall though I was happy at the end of it all.
