This has been a great experience during a crazy move. Customer support was really good and prompt to reply to all questions and concerns. The one aspect of this that was a little stressful was that I didn't have a confirmed pick up until 2 days before I needed the car picked up so I was starting to sweat. Once that had been scheduled it was smooth sailing. They come right to your home for both pick up and drop off which is huge. Ship a car direct contracted Splendid transportation and this was the easiest part of my cross country move.
