I had never used a shipping service before and was anxious, but this turned out to be the smoothest and easiest part of my entire move. Both the pickup and delivery were exactly on time (important since I was on a tight schedule), communication was regular, honest, and clear, and my car is in perfect condition. The cost was extremely reasonable as well, and it didn't change after booking. It's true that they offer rebates for reviews, which I realize may make my review seem biased, but honestly, I'm relieved at how well it went and I really would recommend this company to anyone looking to ship their car.
