Eve from Ship-A-Car was great. She was very knowledgeable and easily accessible. However trying to get in touch with the carrier was difficult and when he stated he would pick up the car between 2-5pm, he ended up finishing the business with the previous customer around 11 p.m. So I ended up requesting for the car to be picked up the following morning. I'm flexible with changing the pick-up time but I wish the communication from the driver had been a little better.
