We chose ship-a-car direct for our vehicle transport based on ratings from independent 3rd parties and customer feedback. When the carrier did not return our call on the day of pick up, they got directly involved and the carrier arrived that evening to pick up the vehicle.
It arrived one week later with no scratches or damage whatsoever. I would recommend Ship-a-car Direct and will use them again if we need them.
