I am very impressed with the step by step process they have in place to guide you through booking, taking pictures of the vehicle, cataloging damage, pick-up, drop off and the review process. There are also follow-up emails to confirm that you received your vehicle within the estimated time.

The vehicle was picked up on a Thursday, though later in the evening (probably due to the remoteness of the pick up location) and was supposed to be delivered Tuesday afternoon according to Cargo King, who was our carrier. When we spoke to the driver he said it would not be there until Wednesday at noon which worked better for us and was still earlier than the original estimate. The drop off went very smoothly. The vehicle arrived undamaged. We were unable to do the pictures on this end due to the fact we don't have apple or android to download the app. Cargo King was very prompt to respond to emails. Everyone from Ship a Car Direct was very professional and willing to help any way they could.
