The transportation was assigned and scheduled very quickly after submitting the order, even given that it was a holiday weekend. That being said, the car was delivered a day later than the last day he gave as an estimated delivery date.
Ship-A-Car-Direct has a lot of numbers you can contact, even if the point of contact you are assigned does not answer. Luckily, they had a 24/7 number that I could call, even on a holiday weekend.
