Scott was knowledgeable and. courteous. He was terrific on follow-up and was reassuring on the timelines for pick-up and delivery. I called a number of companies when we decided to transport our two cars from California to Iowa and Ship-a-Car Direct was the most competitive. I noticed the excellent ratings that this company had with the BBB and various customer reviews and decided to use them. We had a very good experience and I recommend them highly.
