Everything went very smoothly. I felt very comfortable communicating with the company and felt like they really stand behind the companies they broker out to. The main reason I chose to use Ship-a-Car-Direct was that they screen the carriers beforehand. It can be difficult to do that as a consumer without any experience. It was good to know that they diligently screened the carriers and that made it a worry free experience. The car was a little dirty on delivery, but I fully expected that. It was way less dirty than if I had driven the car across the country myself!
