I required my vehicle to be shipped from AZ to GA, so contacted Ship A Car Direct. An agent, Gaby, responded to my call. She was always very professional, knowledgable and did not promise anything unrealistic. I needed my car to be picked up on the Wednesday, but unfortunately there were no carriers available for the route I had requested, Gaby always took my call willing to assist. I was contacted on friday that a carrier had been scheduled to pick up my car on Saturday - 3 days later was not an issue, but actually worked out perfectly. on the day of pick-up we were contacted a few times informing me or pick-up time and confirmation of details. The same treatment on delivery - I was contacted on Thursday telling me my car would be delivered the next day. The truck driver contacted me informing me of time of arrival and kept in touch closer to delivery time - he did an amazing job of delivering the car. The car did arrive dirty, which is only to be expected after drivng across the country, but other wise in perfect condition. Great service all way round!
