I was extremely happy I used this company to ship my car. I had put my car to be shipping on a Monday and it was around Sunday at 4PM when I received a call from the drivers and they gave me a window that they would be here to pick up my car. They also gave me a heads up about 20minutes prior (from my 2 hour pickup window) letting me know a more precise time - which was nice. It was picked up by Rick and Faye Trucking and they gave me an update once during the seven-day drive just letting me know everything was fine, then a day prior to my vehicle being dropped off. Again they had let me know of a drop off window and called again with a more precise time the following day. Ship a Car Direct made it incredibly easy to get my car and delivering it with a great price and extremely good customer service. Additional to the actual drivers checking in, Ship a Car Direct also emailed a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend using this company to anyone shipping a car, whether it be in state or cross country.
