Although the pick up was 4 days late, there no specific deadline, so it was not a problem. The delivery was actually scheduled in 2 days (which was unheard of), but due to weather conditions was delayed a day. Again, not a problem on the destination end.

Overall, the experience was very positive and we found the company and all related personnel very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We were extremely satisfied!
