Took longer than expected to find a carrier, without a lot of status updates. I had to keep calling cust services to understand what was going on.Scott eventually increased the price a bit in order to get a carrier. I would have preferred a higher price with faster pickiup from the start. Delay in delivery was because the driver lost a wheel in route.
