This was my first experience shipping my car from east coast to the west coast. Even though Ship a Car gave me the highest quote to ship my car, its reviews seemed like it was the reliable company to ship my car. Even though they say "door to door," the truck drivers do not come to your residence. The pick up date was on time but thankfully I lived 10 minutes away from the TA so it was easy to drop off my car there and meet the driver. However, I had the carrier's number and they gave me out the driver's personal number, it was easy to coordinate with the time to drop off my car. The driver dropped my car off in 4 days, very fast and because I had his number, I was able to coordinate the pick up day. He was very nice. If I have to ship my car again, I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct. Both Matt and the support team staff answered my questions and concerns.
