Although this has been my only time of having a car transported cross-country, Ship a Car Direct provided me with the service I hoped for and expected. In this day of e-mail and telephone promises being made by service providers but then not kept, Ship a Car stands out in their honesty, courtesy and dependability. From the day I contracted with them to the day the car was delivered they were in constant daily touch with me as to the how, when and where of getting my car delivered. Any queries I had were quickly and courteously answered within an hour or two. Based on this experience I would certainly recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone seeking a similar service. A good company to have done business with.
