Overall, the experience with Ship a Car Direct was very positive. I scheduled the pickup online. It was a couple weeks before a carrier and driver were assigned and less than a week before the requested pickup date. The pickup and delivery were relatively smooth. We did have to find a location suitable for the truck on both ends, but not a big deal. I also received quite a few system generated emails from Ship a Car. Some had important information, others just had general info. Also, some of the links only work on a PC, not on a phone or tablet. Overall, the shipment was easy and very smooth.
