I was shocked when they called me the morning after the pickup to tell me they would be to me soon. They were patient, allowing me to pick up their payment and the car was in impeccable condition. NO complaints! The process was a lot smoother than I expected. I could not be happier.
I am completing the survey to receive the rebate, but would do so anyway, as this was a pleasurable experience.
