My family and I had a big move, moving from California to Tennessee. Naturally, with a move this far (and just moving in general), we had our concerns about our two vehicles and having them shipped as we have never had this done before. John from Ship A Car Direct was very open and honest with us about the process and what the overall process entailed before we even booked. He reassured us by providing great information and providing us with tools that answered any questions that arose throughout the process. Once we booked we were assigned a carrier which was Brothers Motors, a company they work closely with and our cars were picked up a day earlier than we had previously expected. Everyone involved was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the process, which put my family and I at a little more ease. Brothers Motors was equally as professional, friendly and easy to work with. We were informed throughout the journey of our vehicles and had the opportunity to call when we felt the need to check on the status of our vehicles with location updates. Our vehicles arrived three days earlier than we expected as well which was a welcoming surprise as our cars arrived the day after we arrived in Tennessee. Very convenient! Our cars were in the condition we left them in which was also a great relief! We thank Ship A Car Direct for being so professional and for the service they provide for anyone who needs to have their car shipped. Should we need to ship our cars again in future, there is no question who we will use! Highly recommend.
