I wanted my car to be picked up couple of days before I left the city, and Stefan found what I wanted. The expected pick up was thursday. I got a call on wed confirming the pickup and on thursday 1 hr before to make sure I am available and ready. The driver said that the car would be avaialable by Friday. He gave me a call on Thursday and said he would deliver it on friday afternoon and he did. Stefan followed on making sure everything went well. Overall very smooth experience.
