The service was great. The customer service representative was very helpful and answered all of my questions. What I really appreciated about this service was the level of communication I had between myself and customer service as well as the driver. The driver was great - texting me throughout the entire process to update me on his status. He was incredibly responsive and accurate with his delivery timing.
