This was my first experience shipping a car and I didn't know what to expect. I read a lot of the horror stories online and that made it hard to choose a transport company.

After we negotiated pricing and I decided on ShipACarDirect I was pleased with the amount of interaction I received. I was updated at every step of the process and that was great because I don't like to be left in the dark.

After I was assigned a carrier to pick up my car I was also pleased that they kept me up to date with their process. It was really a seamless transition. They picked the car up on time, delivered it on time and were pleasant to talk to on the phone and in person at the delivery.
