I will start out by saying that there was a significant delay on the part of finding a transport for my vehicle. I can not fault Ship A Car Direct with the transport faults however, and they did ultimately find someone who delivered my car in good shape during the time-frame that the transporter claimed. Mind you, this was the third transporter I had been assigned, but things happen.

While we are glad you car made it safe, we are sorry that you weren't able to get a carrier right away. The first carrier assigned to you broke down, so we needed to find you another one and when we found one, the carrier wanted to cancel because the pick up place is not wide enough for their truck to go in. It took us quite a while but we were able to finally find you a carrier. Thank you for your utmost patience and thank you for sharing your feedback.
