Overall, we were happy with the service that we received from Ship-A-Car Direct. We found them on the internet and you never know exactly what you are going to get when you find a company that you have never worked with. Matt, our customer service representative, worked to find a transporter that could work with our time constraints. The company he connected us to, ProStar, was also very good. They were professional, updated us several times regarding arrival times and delivery of our vehicle. Jason, the driver was professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend Ship-A-Car direct next time you need to transport your vehicle.
