I had never transported a car using a service before and was a bit apprehensive. However, Ship A Car made the process transparent and smooth. I would use Ship A Car in the future and recommend them without reservation.

John explained the process to me in detail. The videos on the website were also very good at explaining some of the basics (how to prepare the car, can I put stuff in the car, etc). John also was reachable during the entire process should I have any concerns or questions. In addition, I had the driver's number and could text or call him for progress (which I did twice).

In the end, the car was picked up smoothly, and delivered on time to my daughter half a country away. Both my daughter and I were extremely happy with the pickup and handoff process. The mobile app that documents the pickup and drop off condition is *VERY* simple to use and removed the potential for the awkward damage discussion that I've had more than once with car rental companies. However, in this case the car was delivered with zero damage- perfect condition.
