Great company overall. Eve, my representative/broker, was extremely accommodating and responsive to my requests. The company just sends way too many automatic emails with repetitive information. I understand they have to send these automatic, informative emails but the amount I received was so much it became extremely annoying, especially since it was repetitive information and I did all my research/watched all their videos on their website before hand like one of their first emails suggested. The funniest part was my car was delivered on a Monday and after that I kept getting emails the rest of the week saying my car was scheduled to be delivered on Friday of that same week, AFTER IT WAS ALREADY DELIVERED!! Where was the communication between the trucking company and Ship a Car Direct??

Again, this was not Eve's fault at all. As I stated above, she was absolutely fantastic and does not control the emails! The company just needs to get a better automatic email system where you can opt-in and opt-out of certain types of emails.
