The reason I chose Ship A Car Direct was because their customer rep Eve was always available and reachable on phone and took the time to explain to me how this works. None of the other companies I was considering gave me this and I couldnt trust them with my car if they arent even returning my phone calls. Eve helped me get the best price on an enclosed carrier for my route and insurance of the shipping carrier assigned was also provided. The shipping carriers promptly communicated and took the car within the pickup window. To my surprise the car was delivered to me 2 days in advance and in flawless condition (Happiness). It was a satisfactory experience dealing with them.
