Shipping a car across country can be stressful and time consuming, but working with Ship-A-Car Direct was easy and convenient. I received a quote through email within hours, and customer representatives on the phone were helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. The drivers - one who picked up my car and one who dropped off my car - were friendly and on-time both in pick-up and drop-off. Drivers performed a thorough inspection of the car to verify any damage to the car and allowed me to perform my own assessment to ensure consistency in the report. Ship-A-Car Direct also texted me both after pick-up and drop-off to verify everything had gone smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service and status of my car. I would definitely use this Company again if I ever need to ship my car!
