From the first contact with Ship a Car Direct the process was explained with all options and what would happen next with good timelines. We were contacted the next day with the end Carrier, who picked up our car on the date requested. The estimated time for delivery was 7 to 10 days. And in fact we received it in 6 days. We were given the drivers Name and cell phone number so we could stay in contact and track our car. The driver suggested a large lot close to our home to have us pick up the car. When we met the driver the car was unloaded and inspected the car and payed the driver and off we went. We would book or car travel with them again.
