I really appreciate Ship A Car Direct for their efficient customer service. I was worried that transporting my car would be a hassle, but using this service kept it easy and worry free. My car was picked up on Saturday and was in my possession on Monday evening. The carrier was having some issues at weigh station and took the time to call me and keep me updated on the status of my car delivery.

I like that there is an option to send 24/7 texts also to get updates on the car, again, keeping the whole process stress free.
