A Little Pricey, but Lots of Perks/Reassurances

They were one of the more expensive transport agencies I was looking at using, but with the insurance they covered and all of their reassurances, (and all of the OTHER transport groups with horror reviews about how someone's car was ruined), I decided it was worth it. Between all the emails, reassurances, text message follow ups, and their phone app to record your car pictures prior to pickup and after drop off, it was definitely worth the extra money. Only negative was my car was a day late, but I think that was more a conflict with the other company than Ship-A-Car. They had phone lines that were available as well 24hrs to contact them with questions.
